Amazon Ride - A Vision for Streamlined Car Purchasing

Amazon Ride is my brainchild, a bold initiative aimed at revolutionizing the car-buying experience. My extensive research revealed a significant customer problem: the conventional car-purchasing journey is often riddled with complexity, time-consuming processes, and overwhelming choices. To address this issue, I envisioned a one-stop online platform where customers could effortlessly browse, purchase, and finance their vehicles, all from the comfort of their own homes.

My dedication to the project drove me to conduct in-depth customer interviews, formulate and assess assumptions, and meticulously craft user journeys and stories for MVP features. I utilized frameworks like MOSCOW and the T-Shirt method to prioritize and design features, ensuring that the most critical aspects received the attention they deserved.

The comprehensive product roadmap I created outlined a clear path forward for development. My Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) defined success metrics for both the overall product and individual features. I categorized metrics into primary, secondary, and health indicators, all while keeping a keen eye on growth potential.

Amazon Ride represented a significant leap forward in the automotive retail space, offering an efficient and customer-centric solution to the complexities of buying a car. While the platform didn't reach its build stage, the research and groundwork I led were invaluable in shaping future endeavors and contributing to a more seamless, online car-purchasing experience.
